We have a fantastic opportunity for a Content Marketing Manager to join our friendly and supportive Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality, engaging content that increases brand awareness, strengthens our market positioning and supports business growth.
This role owns content strategy and social media presence, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across all channels. It combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, producing content that informs, engages and drives action across our B2B audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead content marketing strategy and planning, delivering thought leadership and educational content across multiple formats and channels to drive awareness and engagement.
- Own and deliver the social media strategy, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, increasing visibility, engagement and brand advocacy.
- Produce high-quality content across written, visual and video formats, ensuring consistency with tone of voice, messaging and brand guidelines.
- Champion copywriting excellence, crafting clear, compelling and audience-focused messaging across marketing and communications channels.
- Create and optimise SEO-focused content, using keyword insights and best practices to improve visibility and performance.
- Lead the development of key marketing assets and campaigns, with a focus on B2B audiences; contribute to brand initiatives such as awards submissions.
- Shape and maintain the brand’s verbal identity, acting as a guardian of tone of voice across all outputs.
- Use data and analytics to measure performance, reporting on content and social media effectiveness and continuously optimising output.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content production, improving efficiency while maintaining quality and accuracy.
For this role you must have the following:
- Proven experience in B2B content marketing.
- Excellent copywriting, communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital content best practices.
- Good understanding of SEO principles and interest in AEO.
- Proficient in design and content creation, including photography, video editing, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Experience with CMS, CRM and web analytics platforms.
- Confident using data, insights and AI tools to inform marketing decisions and optimise content production.
- Strong attention to detail, editorial judgement and commitment to producing high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Experience or interest in government-funded learning programmes, especially apprenticeships, or EdTech (advantageous).
