The Role
As a Platform Engineer at LDMS, you will work as part of the engineering team responsible for the cloud infrastructure that underpins our SaaS products and internal tooling. You will be hands-on with AWS infrastructure, supporting production systems and improving reliability and automation. You’ll work alongside senior engineers, learning from their experience while progressively taking ownership.

- Understands that good engineering is built on continuous learning and improvement
Requirements
Essential:
- Experience building, operating, or supporting cloud infrastructure used by production services
- Practical, hands-on knowledge of core AWS services such as EC2, VPC, ECS, RDS, and IAM
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (for example Terraform or similar) and an understanding of why repeatable, version-controlled infrastructure is important
- Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure or application delivery
- Basic understanding of observability concepts, including metrics, logs, and alerts, and how they support reliable systems
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing ideas, code, and improvements
Desirable:
- Scripting or automation experience using Shell or Python
- Experience administering Linux or Windows systems, including basic troubleshooting via the command line
