A practical, hands-on role. You will deploy and maintain AI agents across our property management and lettings operations, integrate our business platforms, automate workflows and build reliable AI systems that operate safely in a real business environment. This is not a pure research or model-training position.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure and maintain AI agents for day-to-day business operations
- Build AI workflows for email handling, lettings, maintenance and document processing
- Integrate platforms including monday.com, Slack, DPS and InventoryBase
- Evaluate and integrate different LLMs and AI APIs, cloud and locally deployed
- Design security, access-control and permission policies for AI agents
- Ensure GDPR-aware data handling; implement backup, recovery, logging and monitoring
- Test workflows before deployment, monitor reliability and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
- Degree in AI, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or Robotics
- Professional experience in AI engineering, software engineering, automation or systems integration
- Practical experience with LLMs, AI agents and APIs
- REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth and third-party SaaS integrations
- Understanding of databases, cloud services, cybersecurity and backup strategies
- Fluent Chinese required; good written and spoken English
