Job Description Account Manager /n Supply Chain as a Service (SCaaS) - Solution Sales /n The Opportunity /n Our client is one of the largest UK-owned Contract Electronics Manufacturers (CEMs), supplying EMS and supply chain services to leading technology companies across the UK and Europe. Operating from a modern, state-of-the-art facility, they support customers across the commercial, space, defence, transport, audio, motorsport, and instrumentation sectors. /n As part of an exciting growth journey including a new world-class facility, they are looking for a talented Account Manager to join their Supply Chain Solutions team. /n The Role /n As Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact between the business and its customers β managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service throughout the project lifecycle. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n - Act as primary contact for assigned customers, building strong, long-term relationships /n - Communicate customer requirements and technical needs effectively to internal teams /n - Run regular customer meetings (on-site and remote) to review performance and explore new opportunities /n - Identify and develop new sales opportunities within existing accounts, working alongside the external Sales Team /n - Lead contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and proposal development /n - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution /n - Monitor orders to ensure timely delivery, proactively resolving any issues /n - Support customers with technical queries, liaising with internal experts as needed /n - Stay on top of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity /n - Represent the business at industry events and trade shows /n - Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting to senior management /n /n What We're Looking For /n /n - Experience in Electronics Manufacturing (EMS) or a related industry /n - Strong account management and business development track record, with demonstrable account growth /n - Excellent relationship-building skills across technical and commercial stakeholders /n - Strong negotiation and contract management skills /n - Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail /n - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office /n - Results-driven, with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth /n - Willingness to travel across the South of England for customer meetings /n /n
