As they open a brand-new, world-class facility, they are looking for a talented professional to join them on this exciting growth journey. We are recruiting for an experienced Buyer to deliver value through strategic cost savings, high quality, and timely delivery. In this role, you will enjoy a flexible hybrid working structure while managing the inventory site of goods and materials, coordinating closely with suppliers to ensure everything arrives on time and at the best possible cost.
- Quote Analysis: Collect and compare supplier quotes to secure the best value for the business.
- Place and progress purchase orders, actively resolving any delivery delays.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor supplier on-time delivery KPIs and escalate concerns to the Procurement Manager.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate vendor records, including contact details, payment policies, and services.
- Industry Background: Previous experience purchasing electronics or electronic components is highly preferred.
