A leading UK-owned Electronics Manufacturing Services provider is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join its growing team at its world-class manufacturing facility. Supporting customers across sectors including space, defence, transport, motorsport, audio, and instrumentation, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving quality excellence across a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.

Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll lead product quality across the full product lifecycle — from NPI through to aftermarket support — ensuring best-in-class quality standards, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, suppliers, and customers to improve processes, reduce non-conformances, and strengthen the Quality Management System across the business.

  • Lead and develop the Product Quality team
  • Reduce PPMs, scrap, warranty issues, and cost of quality
  • Develop quality procedures, systems, and training
  • Proven quality leadership experience within engineering or electronics manufacturing
  • Results-driven with the ability to lead teams and projects effectively
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
