We currently have the pleasure of working with one of the UK's largest electronics manufacturers who provides goods and services to leading technology organisations across the UK and Europe. They currently operate in various sectors including commercial, space, defence, transport and many more including the medtech field.
Due to their continued development and success, they are currently seeking a New Product Introduction Manager to join their leadership team. The role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end Product Introduction process within a high mix, electronics manufacturing environment. This role will be tasked with ensuring the seamless transition of products from design through to full-scale production, driving manufacturability, quality, cost efficiency and, as important, on-time delivery.
To be considered for this role, candidates will need to have a prior history driving New Product Introduction within a manufacturing environment, having a history of taking products from design through to commercialisation. Due to the growth of the organisation, the individual will also need to be able to demonstrate prior history developing and implementing continuous improvements to help strengthen the organisation's processes and systems to enable them to cope with the growth they are embarking upon.
Individuals can come from an engineering, production or related background.
