Established for over 65 years, we are the best in the business working in close relationships with all of our customers and meeting the highest of service targets. We are looking for someone to join our Supply Chain team; the candidate should be customer focused and willing to achieve excellent results.
Job Summary:
- To provide support and interaction between the Customer (Supply Chain Analysts) and LDHβs operational departments (Demand Planning, Commercial, Customer Service and Transport).
- Responsible for making sure that customer orders are processed and administered effectively, using existing processes and procedures whilst focusing on our corporate objectives β to provide a 100% service level to all of our customers, i.e. delivery on time and in full.
- To do this, you will need to be a disciplined and focused individual, able to work under pressure and able to make informed choices about how best to achieve our Customer Service Levels.
- Understand and incorporate knowledge of the wider supply chain, associated controls and concerns, into day-to-day decision making.
- Actively contribute to the ongoing efforts for Continuous Improvement in service to both your external and internal customers.
