LDH La Doria have been a leading supplier of ambient food products for supermarkets across the UK for over 65 years. We now have a great opportunity for a Stock System Administrator to join our team.
Job Summary:
- To ensure the physical stock of the business is accurately reported and up to date within the computer systems.
- To ensure the physical pallets of the business is accurately reported and up to date within the computer systems.
- To reconcile transactions with pallet suppliers.
- To track, query and report Customer Rejections / Returns.
- To provide periodic management and reconciliation reports of third party warehousing activities and to provide 2nd line systems support.
- To assist the Warehousing Systems Manager with the creation of new Materials in SAP as required by Commercial team.
- To be the backup WM support for daily activities with the SAP computer system.
- To self-manage the completion of daily, weekly and monthly tasks to ensure accurate and timely conclusion.
- To carry out tasks delegated by the Stock Accountants.
- To be responsive to ad-hoc requests of information.
