Main Responsibilities
Part of the maintenance team ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment and facilities through the performance of routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery/equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning.
- Perform mechanical and/or electrical and/or plumbing repairs.
- Liaise with full spectrum of service providers and engineers.
- Produce service reports and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Upload documents accurately and create actions as directed.
- Service diary management.
- Ensure works are completed in the relevant timescales.
- Procurement of goods and services.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance technical skills.
