Summary: To carry out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance, repairs, and minor installation works across the site.
The role involves maintaining the condition, safety, and appearance of the building and facility, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key
Responsibilities: Undertake general building fabric maintenance and repairs to the building.
Minor carpentry works including door furniture repairs and lock replacement.
General handyman tasks e. g.
Installing shelving, signs, notice boards, furniture assembly and repairs.
Basic plumbing repairs such as replacing taps, fixing leaks, and clearing blocked toilets and drains.
Undertake pest-proofing installation and repairs around the building.
Perform painting and decorating tasks as required.
Replace vehicle wheel stops, restraints and other transport loading bay equipment.
