Responsibilities:
- Role is full-time and on-site, located in the Greater Blackburn with Darwen Area.
- Oversee daily factory operations, including workforce management and production scheduling.
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Ensure timely and efficient production processes and supervise staff.
- Track productivity metrics and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
