Location: Hemel Hempstead (This is an office-based role where the candidate is required to be in the office 5 days per week)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30; 1 hour for lunch. Total working hours: 37.5 hours. Company operates Flexible Working Times; arrive anytime from 08:30 – 10:00 and finish any time after 16:00.
Salary: £16,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Total Length of Apprenticeship: 19 months

The Role: We are offering an exciting Marketing Apprenticeship opportunity to join our dynamic Marketing team and gain hands-on exposure to marketing strategies and execution within the international healthcare industry. This role is designed for an ambitious, creative, and digitally curious individual who is keen to learn, contribute, and grow. You will work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain valuable insight into global healthcare marketing practices. You will be supported throughout your apprenticeship with structured learning, mentorship, and opportunities to take ownership of projects, helping you build a strong foundation for a successful marketing career.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support the development, planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Support the creation of digital content including website content and social media posts.
- Help with basic video and podcast content creation.
- Support content planning and posting across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Assist with updating website content and managing digital assets.
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) at a basic level.
- Support the organisation of meetings, conferences, congresses and exhibitions.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, visual aids and exhibition materials.
- Assist with preparation of materials for events, including stands, presentations and handouts.
- Work closely with medical, regulatory and logistics teams.
Requirements:
- Three A-Level qualifications; ideally in Business or Science.
- Highly self-motivated and positive attitude.
- Good written, verbal and creative skills.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Adaptability and change management skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel internationally.
