We are looking for an experienced Motorcycle Mechanic to join our busy workshop at Falcon Motorcycles!
The ideal candidate will have experience working on a wide range of makes and models, from scooters to sports bikes, and be confident working independently as well as part of a small, friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building new motorcycles from the crate, including preparation and pre-delivery inspections (PDI).
- Carrying out test rides where required.
- Servicing and repairing customers’ motorcycles.
- Fitting tyres and carrying out general workshop duties.
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical faults across a variety of motorcycles and scooters.
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working on a variety of motorcycle makes and models.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A good level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
- A reliable, hardworking attitude and a passion for motorcycles.
Working Hours:
A minimum of 30 hours per week, spread across 6 days, including some Saturdays. Working hours may vary depending on the time of year and workshop demand.

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- City & Guilds Automotive (preferred)
- Motorcycle and driving license (required)
