About The Role

Salary: £12.73 – £14.30 per hour
Location: Dover, Folkestone, Herne Bay, Ashford
Working Hours: Part Time (30 hours) / Full Time (45 hours)
LDC Care Co is looking for inspiring, friendly and caring individuals to join our care teams. As a Support Worker you will assist the people we support with their hobbies and interests, travel, events, and daily activities. You will be trained via our comprehensive two‑week induction programme and will have ongoing learning opportunities through the LDC Academy.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily activities including holidays, pamper days, events, cinema, theme parks, and shopping outings.
- Provide high‑quality, person‑centred care and support for adults with complex needs.
- Participate in the two‑week face‑to‑face induction programme and continue learning through specialist courses.
- Support individuals in achieving personal goals and milestones.
About You
Ideally you have experience in a care setting and supporting adults with similar needs, or have formal qualifications in the care sector. You may also be new to the sector and eager to start a career.
