About the Role
LDC Care Company provides care to adults and young people with highly complex learning disabilities and mental health diagnoses, specialising in supporting individuals who may exhibit severely challenging behaviours. As we’ve grown, we have focused on what sets us apart – our commitment to compliance and innovation. A new position, the Quality Lead will be responsible for driving high standards of care and practice within their allocated location. This role provides hands-on support to teams, models best practice, strengthens compliance, and ensures that support delivered aligns with organisational expectations and regulatory requirements. The Quality Lead will work closely with staff to improve documentation, monitoring, and person-centred practice.
You’ll be expected to act as a role model and coach employees on best practice and support plan alignment where appropriate and ensure your colleagues are up to date with NEWS2 and Carevision.

About You
You will already have a solid, demonstrable background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or behaviours of concern and experience in understanding and embodying the LDC Values with an attention to detail and ability to analyse information, identify gaps and drive improvements. A valid UK driving licence is preferred and flexibility to travel is essential.
