Initially working 15hrs a week over 2 days, the role is designed to work in conjunction with existing working patterns and could become a permanent, full‑time position for the right candidate.

The role supports teams to deliver safe, person‑centred care by providing training, monitoring, coaching, and structured quality assurance. Through proactive oversight and hands‑on support, the IQC Co‑ordinator will ensure that practice aligns with regulatory standards, organisational policies, and best‑practice guidance.

You’ll be attending people‑we‑support meetings and targeted reviews and feeding back to ensure clarity, accuracy and alignment with support plans and be responsible for quality assurance and compliance monitoring, readying the teams for mock inspections and identifying gaps between actual support and escalating any concerns.
