Salary: £12.73 – £14.30 per hour
Location: Dover, Folkestone, Herne Bay, Ashford
Working Hours: Part Time (30 hours) / Full Time (45 hours)

As a Support Worker at LDC Care Co no two days are the same. You will be assisting the people we support with their range of hobbies and interests, including going on holidays, pamper days, events, the cinema, theme parks, and spending the day browsing the shops.
As a Support Worker, you will be trained to provide high‑quality care through our comprehensive two‑week induction programme at our Hub. Learning does not stop there – LDC Care Co is committed to lifelong learning and offers its own LDC Academy, with opportunities to develop your career in social care. With the opening of new venues in Medway, we need a Support Worker who will help us deliver the highest level of bespoke support to those who need it.
