About The Role
As our In-House Trainer, you’ll take ownership of our induction programme, giving every new starter the best possible beginning to their career with us. You’ll design and deliver training that brings our values to life, from safeguarding and medication to mental health and beyond.
You’ll make training memorable, relevant, and practical — ensuring our new recruits walk away not just informed, but motivated and ready to make a difference. Alongside this, you’ll support our Learning and Development Coordinator with apprenticeships and career pathways, helping to shape the future of our workforce.
This role will require travel between multiple across South-East Kent and a Driving Licence is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading inspiring, interactive induction sessions — ensuring everyone can achieve the Care Certificate.
- Designing and delivering engaging training tailored to real-world care needs.
- Embedding CQC standards, legislation, and best practice into everything you teach.
- Building staff confidence and skills in areas such as safeguarding, autism, medication and reporting and mental health.
- Supporting career development pathways, including apprenticeships and qualifications.
- Monitoring training compliance and constantly evolving our programmes, ensuring the people we support are at the centre of learning.
- Championing a culture of learning, growth, and excellence across the organisation.

About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- An experienced trainer within health and social care.
- Qualified with Level 3 AET (or PTLLS/CTLLS)
- A confident communicator who can engage any audience.
- Organised, adaptable, and excited by working in a growing organisation.
- Passionate about using training to unlock potential and improve lives.
A professional qualification in social care, nursing, or a related field is desirable, but above all, we’re looking for someone who can inspire, lead, and energise others through training.
