We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Project & Research Exec who’s excited about working in a fast-paced, creative environment where your career development is just as important as the work we deliver
Location: The Wharf, Sowerby Bridge / Hybrid (2–3 days in the office)
Salary: £25,000 – £26,500 + benefits

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Helping keep projects on time and on budget
- Supporting the team with data and research that drives smart, creative decisions
- Running reports and keeping clients updated on deliverables and hours used
- Helping plan and deliver focus groups
- Setting up and supporting meetings (in person or online via Teams/Zoom/Google)
- Capturing actions and ensuring follow-through for the team and clients
- Joining client meetings and being part of the conversations that matter

- Excellent communicator – written and verbal
- Super-organised with eagle-eye attention to detail
- Confident with data collection, analysis and reporting
- Comfortable with digital tools (Teams, Zoom, Monday, Slack etc.)
