LDA Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Hyburn, a 4-bed supported living service. You will assist residents with daily living, personal care and medications, following PBS and care plans, while promoting independence and inclusion.
Hours are 36 per week, with 12-hour shifts on a 7-day pattern (day 8am–8pm; waking night 8pm–8am). Driving licence preferred; refer a friend scheme (£250) and ongoing training provided.
