We are seeking two experienced and dynamic Business and Digital Project Managers. The Business and Digital Project Manager will lead and support the successful delivery of business change, digital transformation, and service improvement projects across LCW. The role will work closely with operational, clinical, corporate, digital, and external partner teams to ensure projects are well scoped, appropriately governed, delivered on time and within budget, and aligned to organisational priorities.

The postholder will provide structured project management, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking, risk management and reporting, while promoting consistent PMO standards and supporting the adoption of effective digital solutions and improved ways of working.
