Based in Liverpool 8, The Greenhouse Multi-Cultural Play and Arts Project is a voluntary, not for profit organisation, which exists to celebrate diversity and provide arts and play based activities and events that encourages the creative development of individuals and communities.
The project is based upon the concept of improving young people's health and sense of well-being, raising their aspirations and levels of achievement whilst at the same time allowing the opportunity for learning and relating to each other, developing physically, emotionally, intellectually and above all, for socialising and having fun. They also run Early Education sessions, offer a school pick up service and out of school holiday sessions.
Job Summary
This is a multifaceted role, which includes managing their small independent Early Education Centre, working directly with their Early Years children to nurture their abilities, knowledge and social skills, supporting their Out of School and Holiday club in their planning, training and development, and taking overall responsibility for The Greenhouse Project's Safeguarding duty.
