Rotunda Ltd is an anchor charity based within five grade II listed Georgian Terrace Houses located in Kirkdale, North Liverpool.
They have been serving our local community for over 30 years, with a mission to lead on social regeneration. They are home to Rotunda College, an accessible and inclusive education provider specialising in flexible adult learning, providing people with the skills and qualifications they need to progress in life.
Rotunda also supports the local community and beyond with seasonal events, workshops, food bank and volunteering opportunities, Rotunda also have an onsite café, enterprise and heritage centre and an ofsted rated ‘Good’ nursery.
Job Summary
You will be responsible for designing and delivering quality education and experiences to each of their learners, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with statutory regulations, including those of Ofsted.
You will have knowledge and experience of the Adult Skills Budget funding landscape in line with the LCRCA Growth Strategy and apply this knowledge to further our work and job outcomes for our learners.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication and apply these skills to Rotunda’s strategic planning documents and policy development.
Leading on curriculum development and quality assurance you will support the wider Education staff team to feel engaged and empowered in decision making processes that directly affect them and their learners.
You will represent Rotunda College professionally with external stakeholders and contribute to partnership meetings as and when required providing written reports to the CEO and SLT as necessary.
