Burton Borough School is seeking an ambitious, organised and passionate Operational SEND Lead to join our thriving Inclusion Team at an exciting stage in our school’s journey. Located in the picturesque market town of Newport, on the Shropshire/Staffordshire border, our school offers excellent access to Shrewsbury, Stafford, Telford and Wolverhampton, making it an ideal location for achieving a positive work-life balance.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated professional to play a central role in developing and coordinating SEND and inclusion provision across the school. Working closely with the SENDCo, senior leaders, teaching staff, families and external agencies, you will ensure that inclusion systems are accurate, responsive and impactful, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, attendance, participation and belonging.
