Burton Borough School in Newport is seeking an ambitious Operational SEND Lead to join our Inclusion Team, at an exciting stage in our school’s journey.
This role starts September 2026, with a term-time +3 weeks contract and an annual salary of £31,002.
You will develop and coordinate SEND and inclusion provision across the school, working closely with the SENDCo, senior leaders, families and external agencies to ensure our systems are accurate, responsive and impactful for every pupil.
