We are working with a leading education recruitment company who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Consultant / Account Manager to take ownership of a hot Primary desk covering London.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, managing a busy desk, and working with a high-performing, supportive team in a central London office.
The Role- Managing and growing a warm, high-billing Primary schools desk
- Building strong partnerships with schools across London
- Supporting and placing teachers and support staff into long-term and permanent roles
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: client management, candidate attraction, compliance, and placement
- Acting as a trusted consultant to both schools and candidates
- Proven experience as a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager
- Strong knowledge of the London Primary education market
- Confident managing key accounts and developing new business within an existing desk
- Commercially minded, organised, and relationship-focused
- Passionate about education and delivering a high-quality service
- Competitive base salary £35k–£50k (DOE) + uncapped commission
- 35 days annual leave
