Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant Role
- Start Date: October 2026
- Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience (OTE £35,000 - £45,000) + uncapped commission

This growing education recruitment company is looking to add to their London division. They are looking for trainee consultants who:
- Are ambitious aspiring sales professionals
- Are hardworking and professional and can communicate clearly and effectively
- Have the ability to be quick learners
- Can build quick relationships
- Are happy to work long hours
- Show a great attitude and have a strong work ethic
- Have the desire to go the extra mile and have the attention to detail to understand what a good candidate looks like
- Are competent in learning and executing safeguarding and compliance strategies

Responsibilities:
- Interviewing and screening candidates
- Taking candidates through the full compliance process
- Sourcing top quality candidates by advertising and utilising job boards
- Calling candidates and booking in registrations
- Writing candidate profiles to highlight key experience and expertise
No recruitment experience is required, although junior recruiters will also be considered. Essentially, they are looking for attitude, potential, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Receive:
