Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience (OTE £35,000 - £45,000) + uncapped commission

A leading education recruitment agency based in Farringdon, central London, are looking to add some junior/ trainee consultants to their growing team. London is their flagship office and was established over 20 years ago.
This growing education recruitment company are looking to add to their London division. They are looking for trainee consultants who:
- Are ambitious aspiring sales professionals
- Are hardworking and professional and can communicate clearly and effectively
- Have the ability to be quick learners
- Can build quick relationships
- Happy to work long hours
- Show a great attitude and have a string work ethic
- Have the desire to go the extra mile and have the attention to detail to understand what a good candidate looks like
- Competent and learning and executing safeguarding and compliance strategies

No recruitment experience is required, although junior recruiters will also be considered.
Essentially, they are looking for attitude, potential, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Receive

Working Hours
Their working pattern reflects the needs of their clients - schools and education professionals.
During school term time, their office hours are:
7:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
The early start enables them to support schools with same-day staffing requirements, including supply teacher and support staff cover.
During school holidays, you'll enjoy reduced hours:
9am - 4:30pm during half terms and 9am - 3pm during the summer holidays
