Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking for autonomy, flexibility, and a genuinely rewarding commission structure?
We’re recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a specialist Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) recruitment business with an established reputation and ambitious growth plans.
About the Role
You’ll take ownership of a 360° recruitment desk within one of our core vertical markets, building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality talent solutions.
Core markets you could specialise in:
- Infrastructure
- Logistics & Manufacturing
- Corporate Services
This role is remote-heavy, offering an excellent work-life balance while still being part of a collaborative and growing business.
Working Pattern
- Initially: 4 days working from home, 1 day per week in a shared office
- Longer term: Planned move to a London office, with 3 days per week in London
Commission & Earnings
This company offers a highly competitive and consultant-friendly commission structure:
- No threshold for the first 12 months
- Minimum 10% commission on all billings for the first 6 months
- Minimum 5% commission on all billings for the second 6 months
- If your 12 months end mid-quarter, you’ll continue to earn at least 5% on all deals billed within your first 12 months, with your threshold applying only for the remainder of the quarter

About You
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (ideally senior-level)
- Comfortable running a full 360° desk
- Strong billing track record
- Interest or experience in HSEQ, Infrastructure, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Corporate Services
- Self-motivated, professional, and relationship-focused
