📍 Central London | Hybrid (1 Day WFH)

💷 £40,000–£60,000 Base + OTE £100,000 (Year 1)

We’re working with a leading education recruitment agency that is expanding its senior team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to step into a high-billing desk with strong business development exposure and a clear pathway into leadership.

The Opportunity

• Base salary £40,000–£60,000, dependent on previous billings and earnings
• Realistic OTE of £100,000 within 12 months
• Clear progression to come off desk within 18 months
• Hybrid working: 1 day per week WFH
• Central London office with a high-performing, collaborative team

The Role

• Managing and growing a high-value education desk
• Business development–focused role, building new partnerships with schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts
• Networking confidently with schools and academies to generate new opportunities
• Developing long-term relationships with key decision-makers in education
• 180 recruitment: client acquisition, candidate management, and deal closure

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior / Experienced Recruitment Consultant within the Education Sector
• Strong billing history with evidence of consistent performance
• Confident networker with a commercial, BD-led mindset
• Ambitious, leadership-focused, and motivated by high earnings and progression
