Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience (OTE £32,000 - £42,000) + uncapped commission

This growing education recruitment company are looking to add to their successful Berkhampsted division. They are looking for trainee consultants who:
Are ambitious aspiring sales professionals
Are hardworking and professional and can communicate clearly and effectively
Have the ability to be quick learners
Can build quick relationships
Happy to work long hours
Show a great attitude and have a string work ethic
Have the desire to go the extra mile and have the attention to detail to understand what a good candidate looks like
Competent and learning and executing safeguarding and compliance strategies

Responsibilities:
Interviewing and screening candidates
Taking candidates through the full compliance process
Sourcing top quality candidates by advertising and utilising job boards
Calling candidates and booking in registrations
Writing candidate profiles to highlight key experience and expertise
No recruitment experience is required, although junior recruiters will also be considered. Essentially, they are looking for attitude, potential, and a willingness to learn.
