Recruitment Consultant Education Sector – Surrey Location Start Date: December 2026/ January 2027 Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum depending on experience (OTE £48,000 - £58,000) + uncapped commission Location: Godalming - near Guildford, Surrey A highly respected and established education recruitment agency is looking to add a consultant into their successful growing office based in Godalming near Guildford. Their Guildford division are looking for ambitious graduates and aspiring sales professionals and established recruitment consultants to join their talented team. Comfortable with early starts during term time to support our school clients effectively. No recruitment experience is required, although junior and senior recruiters will also be considered. Education sector knowledge is also preferable, but the company will also consider recruiters from other sectors. Working Hours Their working pattern reflects the needs of their clients - schools and education professionals. During school term time, their office hours are: 7:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday The early start enables them to support schools with same-day staffing requirements, including supply teacher and support staff cover. During school holidays, you'll enjoy reduced hours: 9am - 4pm and 9am – 3pm These regular short hours provide valuable time to recharge, reflect, plan, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
