You wont need to be from an education background (although preferred), as long as you have:
- The desire to learn a new sector
- Experience of working in a 360 sales environment
- The ability to build rapport and develop relationships
- Have good written and spoken English
- A desire to achieve goals and hit targets in a fast paced environment
To be considered youd need:
- A sales or recruitment background
- Education recruitment experience ideally but this isnt essential
- Drive and motivation to be successful and develop relationships with schools
- The ability to multitask and self-motivate
- Access to travel to Southampton office
