Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Internal Recruiter to join their growing team, supporting recruitment across a range of roles within the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a go getter and enjoys building strong relationships while identifying talented professionals who can make a real difference.
As an Internal Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across our organisation. Those positions vary from administrators to education consultants and managers. Working closely with hiring managers, you will help attract, assess, and secure high-quality candidates who are committed to supporting students and educational communities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across teaching, support, and operational roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
- Write and advertise engaging job postings across relevant job boards and platforms
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future vacancies
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with safeguarding and safer-recruitment practices in education
- Support onboarding and pre-employment checks, including references and compliance documentation
- Previous experience in recruitment (internal or agency), ideally within education or public sector environments
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Knowledge of safer recruitment practices within education is desirable
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- One day working from home plus commissions and bonuses
