The company are looking to bring on a recruitment consultant full time. You’ll learn the full recruitment cycle, generate your own candidates and win your own clients. You’ll also be around some of the best IT consultants in the sector who have built a massive pipeline. They pay good salaries and offer incentives such as commission for placements and bookings. Plus, they give you the opportunity to learn the sector and develop into an established consultant.

What is the company looking for?

They want driven people who are either keen to learn or want to kick on in their career. You don’t need to have sales or recruitment experience if you are a trainee but that would be preferable, as would a degree (again not essential). For experienced recruitment consultants, knowledge of the IT market in the US would be preferable but not essential. A track record in billing white collar or perm would also be preferable. They will consider recruiters from other sectors as well due to the training and structure of the office.
