This company is looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Recruitment Consultant to join their team and play a key role in connecting exceptional creative talent with some of the industry's most exciting brands, agencies, and businesses.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a specialist desk, work closely with talented creatives, and become a trusted partner to clients who value quality, expertise, and long-term relationships.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and engaging outstanding candidates through to successfully placing them with clients and supporting both parties throughout the hiring process. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business, culture, and hiring needs, while building meaningful relationships with candidates and helping them navigate important career decisions. From your first day, you'll work on live vacancies and be encouraged to take ownership of your market. Initially, your focus will be on recruitment across Copywriting and Strategy, while collaborating with colleagues who specialise in Client Services and Design. There will also be opportunities to help expand our presence within Digital and Product Management recruitment.

Beyond recruitment delivery, you'll contribute to the continued growth of the business by developing new client relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and building long-term partnerships across the creative sector.
