The company are looking to bring on a trainee consultant full time to work as a 180 consultant to find teachers and support staff for their client schools.
They pay good salaries and offer incentives such as commission for placements and bonuses for hitting targets.
Theres also a pathway to develop your career into a senior consultant, team leader and manager within the company.
What is the company looking for?
Youll need to be a hard-working recruiter who can build natural relationships with candidates and clients as well as have the work ethic and ability to continue to find top talent for their client schools.
Ideally youll have a background in education, recruitment or sales.
Graduates would be preferable but a degree isnt essential.
Role and responsibilities: Writing adverts to attract high calibre candidates Screening candidates in person and on the phone Building relationships with candidates and schools Registering candidates Writing profiles Ensuring all candidates are vetted inline with DFE guidelines Visiting schools and establishing points of contact What can the company offer?
