LCR Sports is a football coaching company dedicated to developing players aged 2-14 of all abilities. Our goal is to help every child learn new skills, challenge themselves, and raise their game through fun, structured, and professional football sessions. We are expanding rapidly and are now seeking experienced, confident, and reliable coaches to help lead our football development sessions, toddler football sessions, and half-term football camps in Gravesend and Bexley.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead high-quality, engaging football sessions for children aged 2-14.
- Be a key member of the LCR Sports coaching team, helping deliver our player development programmes.
- Support and mentor assistant coaches where required.
- Aid players in developing both technical and social skills through well-planned, enjoyable activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents, players, and staff.
- Help with session setup and pack down, ensuring a safe and fun environment.
- Bring creativity and energy to each session while maintaining LCR Sports' coaching standards.

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience coaching or assisting football sessions (essential)
- Comfortable leading sessions independently (support and training provided)
- Played football to a good level and/or have a strong understanding of the game
- FA Level 1 (Introduction to Coaching Football) required
- FA Level 2 / UEFA C preferred
- Enhanced DBS, First Aid, and Safeguarding certificates (can be arranged if needed)
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
