Job Description
LCP Private Office is a specialist in assisting a world-wide client base to invest in Residential Property in Prime Central London. We act for individual clients, family offices and institutions. We represent investors’ interests with the objective of maximising their returns in this specialist sector. LCP undertakes property identification and acquisition of the best real estate opportunities, followed up by refurbishing and furnishing for rental or end use. Thereafter we let, manage and maintain the property portfolio.
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic project manager to work on the renovation and interior design of the properties.  Our ideal recruit will have an interest in renovating property to maximise investment returns, with sound administration and a strong knowledge of CAD. They should be personable, articulate, well organised and have a good telephone manner and writing style, with the ability to sell the services of LCP via third party introductions. They will need the ability to multi-task as there may be as many as 20 projects running simultaneously. They will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of undertaking renovations within central London and should be confident both on site and within the office.Â

- Drawing up specifications, work packages, interior design schemes and obtaining quotations from contractorsÂ
- Understand and interpret design requirements of potential homeownersÂ
- Site visits to measure up and assess renovation works, interior design requirements and furnishingsÂ
- Analysing floor plans for space optimisation for the professional rental sectorÂ
- Drawing up and preparing the background information and specification for the client quoteÂ
