They deliver a blend of detailed technical, operational and energy management expertise - improving customers' building performance and productivity through consultancy, project management, and hands-on support. They have driven a number of major estate transformation programmes for various companies, including University of Oxford, Karcher, Bouygues E&S UK Ltd, University of Essex and Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.

We are looking for a Net Zero Carbon Consultant to join our team, who will help our clients navigate their journey to net zero carbon. You will work closely with diverse public and private sector organisations and stakeholders to:

  • Assess carbon footprints
  • Develop decarbonisation strategies
  • Implement energy-saving initiatives tailored to their needs

As a Consultant, you will conduct carbon audits for buildings, operations, and supply chains, and possess expertise in scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions assessment. You will:

  • Develop decarbonisation strategies to help clients achieve net zero goals
  • Assess energy performance
  • Implement energy efficiency improvements
  • Advise on policy and compliance, including MEES, ESOS, and PAS 2060
  • Analyse energy and sustainability data for reporting

The position requires collaboration with stakeholders, delivering training, raising awareness on carbon reduction, and staying up to date on emerging sustainability trends and technologies. The successful candidate will bring 2–5 years of experience in environmental management or sustainability and a real passion for net zero carbon, building performance, and creating a more sustainable future.

This is a client-facing role, so you’ll enjoy building relationships while applying your technical expertise. A solid understanding of the GHG Protocol and scope 3 emissions reporting is important, along with strong analytical and organisational skills. If you’re proactive, motivated, and have a growth mindset, you’ll thrive here.
