This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional seeking exposure to credit investing and portfolio management. From day one, you will work closely with the various LCM teams, supporting LCM Partners in achieving its investment objectives by helping to monitor portfolio performance and ensuring investments are delivering expected returns.

Your main responsibilities as an Analyst will include:

  • Supporting the monitoring and analysis of investment portfolios
  • Assisting in preparing portfolio performance reports and investment updates for Investment Committee presentations
  • Monitoring portfolio key performance metrics
  • Assisting with onboarding of new investments and portfolio reconciliation processes
  • Maintaining and updating portfolio data within internal systems
  • Attending regular meetings with the portfolio servicers, preparing materials, and monitoring actions
  • Performing ad hoc analytical and reporting projects

Key skills and role requirements:

  • University degree with masters, preferably with a specialisation in Finance, Economics or Mathematics
  • Experience or internships within a professional services firm, credit rating agency, investment or asset manager with a credit focus, servicer or investment banking are advantageous
  • Strong analytical and quantitative mindset
  • Excellent Excel skills, knowledge of Python
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Additional languages would be advantageous, particularly Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Polish or French

Our hiring process:

  • 1st round 30-minute initial screening call - HR Manager
  • 2nd round 30-minute face to face interview - Associate & 60-minute aptitude test / case study (details of which will be shared pre-interview)
  • 3rd round 60-minute face to face interview - Transaction Execution Director

Expected start - July 2026
