Established in 1998, the Group is responsible for managing over €120bn of loans as a specialist in the investment and management of performing and non-performing receivables with over 2,000 people in 14 offices across ten European countries.
Specialising in the more granular end of the private credit markets, the firm acquires pools of loans from financial institutions via the LCM Credit Opportunities fund strategy (COPS) and provides new origination through its direct lending fund strategy, LCM Strategic Origination.
Qualifications:
- Additional professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are advantageous.
- At least one year of relevant experience or internships in credit investment, investment banking, corporate finance, or comparable sectors.
- Proficiency in English and fluency in one or more European languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, German, or French).
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with a strong command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively.
