Pay: £17.13 - £18.13 per hour

Must have:

  • Experience in supervisor role in the construction industry (Civils)
  • SSSTS or higher essential
  • Driving licence
  • Be happy with working away from home (usually Monday - Friday unless working the weekend)
  • Be happy with working at heights
  • Punctual
  • Facefit test to be carried out on the training course so you must be willing to clean shave for it

We are looking for a supervisor who has experience in civils who can potentially assist supervising cooling tower work when the civils work isn't available. You will ideally have plant training as well, for example telehandler, excavator etc. The first role you will be doing is supervising sub contractors under a project manager; you will ensure all RAMS are being followed and signed, toolbox talks carried out, SSOW and permits are being followed.

Do you have a valid in-date CCNSG Safety Passport? (Preferred however not essential as we can put you through this training at a cost)

Do you have access to your own vehicle and are you willing to work away from home? If you are located near Doncaster, you will be able to travel in the company vans.

Additional Requirements:

  • A valid CCNSG Safety Passport is preferred, but not essential — we can arrange training if needed (a fee may apply)

Pay & Benefits:

  • £15.83/hour base pay + £2.30/hour bonus
  • Overtime Rates:
    • 1.5x after 8 hours on weekdays
    • 2x on weekends
  • Weekly earnings: £707.07 – £1600 depending on project, hours, and location
  • Subsistence and travel allowances paid when working away from home
  • 39 standard hours per week, with regular overtime available; some weeks may differ
