Production Chargehand / Line Leader Supervisor - Oldham Company Background Park Cakes is a c 180million business which supplies cake and desserts to service the own brands of major retailers.
Our products include, high end celebration cake products, slab cakes and mainstream desserts, we mostly supply Marks s although we also supply other major retailers.

We currently have a vacancy for a Chargehand on our Monday to Friday, this position reports to a Section Manager and leads a team of operatives.
Example Accountabilities * Lead and motivate a small team of operatives. * Promote effective working relationships. * Maintain company standards Hygiene /GMP and quality. * Responsible for ensuring all relevant paperwork is accurately completed. * Report Health and Safety issues and follow up when required. * Prepare and conduct regular audits. * Ensure adequate skills are available and maintained. * Must drive line efficiencies and continually improve waste.
