Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest (Mind CHWF), working with ELFT and local providers, is recruiting a Community Connector. You will support people with complex mental health and social challenges to access personalised, community-based support and build confidence and social connections.
The post is hybrid across London, 37.5 hours per week, fixed-term until 31 May 2027 (starting 18 August 2026). An enhanced DBS check is required.
