A well-established Manufacturing Company requires a proactive HR Administration and Compliance co-ordinator to support our people processes while overseeing key business compliance activities.
This varied role combines day to day HR administration with responsibility for maintaining compliance systems relating to environmental, product and regulatory requirements.
You would work within an experienced friendly administrative team who share the responsibility of ensuring the business operates efficiently and within a positive working environment.
Responsibilities Include
- Administration of payroll preparation and maintaining employee records.
- Support company policies and HR procedures.
- Maintain compliance documentation, certifications and audit records.
- Liaise with suppliers and certification bodies to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Assist with internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the management team and wider business administration.
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in HR administration, or
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to develop knowledge of environmental and product compliance through training.
