At LCH/Wealth, paraplanning is not a back-office afterthought. It’s a core part of how we look after clients properly. This role suits a career paraplanner who wants high standards, clear expectations and a team that values how you work as much as what you know.

Working style: Remote-first. If you live near our Central London office, you can come in as often as you like. Ideally, you will join us in person around one day per week (where practical).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Researching and building recommendations across pensions, investments, protection, retirement planning, and tax planning.
  • Writing clear, accurate suitability reports and client documentation.
  • Supporting advisers on complex cases and helping drive consistency in advice quality.
  • Preparing review work, analysis, and planning outputs.
  • Keeping client records and workflows tidy on our CRM (Intelligent Office).
  • Working closely with advisers and the wider team to keep things running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong paraplanning experience in a UK financial planning environment.
  • Diploma qualified (Level 4 or equivalent).
  • High-quality report writing, strong technical knowledge, and good judgement.
  • 4 years experience as a Senior/Technical Paraplanner.
  • Someone who is organised, proactive and easy to work with.
  • A genuine focus on team fit and how you show up day to day.

Nice to have:

  • Chartered (or working towards it).
  • Experience with more complex planning cases.
  • Confidence improving templates, processes, and ways of working.
