Working style

  • Ideally, you will join us in person around one day per week (where practical)

What you'll be doing

  • Researching and building recommendations across pensions, investments, protection, retirement planning, and tax planning
  • Writing clear, accurate suitability reports and client documentation
  • Supporting advisers on complex cases and helping drive consistency in advice quality
  • Preparing review work, analysis, and planning outputs
  • Keeping client records and workflows tidy on our CRM (Intelligent Office)
  • Working closely with advisers and the wider team to keep things running smoothly

What we're looking for

  • Strong paraplanning experience in a UK financial planning environment
  • Diploma qualified (Level 4 or equivalent)
  • High-quality report writing, strong technical knowledge, and good judgement
  • 4 years experience as a Senior/Technical Paraplanner
  • Someone who is organised, proactive and easy to work with
  • A genuine focus on team fit and how you show up day to day

Nice to have

  • Chartered (or working towards it)
  • Experience with more complex planning cases
  • Confidence improving templates, processes, and ways of working
