- Ideally, you will join us in person around one day per week (where practical)
What you’ll be doing
- Researching and building recommendations across pensions, investments, protection, retirement planning, and tax planning
- Writing clear, accurate suitability reports and client documentation
- Supporting advisers on complex cases and helping drive consistency in advice quality
- Preparing review work, analysis, and planning outputs
- Keeping client records and workflows tidy on our CRM (Intelligent Office, iO)
- Working closely with advisers and the wider team to keep things running smoothly
What we’re looking for
- Strong paraplanning experience in a UK financial planning environment
- Diploma qualified (Level 4 or equivalent)
- High-quality report writing, strong technical knowledge, and good judgement
- 4 years experience as a Senior/Technical Paraplanner
- Someone who is organised, proactive, and easy to work with
- A genuine focus on team fit and how you show up day to day
Nice to have
- Chartered (or working towards it)
- Experience with more complex planning cases
- Confidence improving templates, processes, and ways of working
